Each workout will take you between 5 and 20 minutes to complete. Some of our dance routines may take a little longer — ‘cause you’ve got to learn the moves!

Our calendar is laid out to give you 6 days of workouts and one rest day per week but you can change it up! 

Absolutely! Our 10–20 minute ballet-inspired workouts don’t require you to have any ballet know-how at all.

With barre workouts, we use small movements and precise techniques to exhaust your muscles and improve endurance.

We’ll be working your entire body but often focus on your BOOTY and core — this means some of the workouts will burn but you’ll feel AH-MAZING afterwards!

The Corio Club has low-impact workouts that are suitable if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, but please make sure you’ve got the all clear from your health care provider before starting any new exercise program.

If you have diastasis be aware there are some exercises that are not diastasis-friendly.
